We even did some car camping with my good friend James and Larissa.
It was going to be a rainy weekend but we embraced the rain, hung tarps, and had a great weekend! After we set up camp we took a quick drive to Morris Island to try and watch the sunset. We got there a little late but saw some deer and skipped rocks at dusk. The rest of the even was spent around the camp fire debating about time travel and eating vegan marshmallows (which were kinda better than non-vegan/regular marshmallows but don't @ me). No cap (inside joke don't worry about it).
During the day we played Pandemic (how fitting) and then once the sun started to come out we explored the park. We went to the beach for a little canoe ride and walked both trails! We enjoyed seeing all the different mushrooms growing.
Super thankful to have mine and Larissa's friendship grow over the past years. Since a lot of my first girl friends live "far" away I'm so thankful to have met Larissa and have her close to home and my heart. Can't wait for future adventures with these two!
