VERTICAL REALITY

I've always been fascinated by rock climbing and bouldering. When I was younger I had done it at a birthday party or two, and I hadn't tried my hand at it again since last winter with Andrea in Vancouver. My dad even took climbing pretty seriously back in the day, so needless to say it's a sport that I've been trying to get into.

This past Thursday evening my roommate and I decided to treat ourselves and check out the Nordik Spa in Quebec for the first time.

I thought I'd share my thoughts on the experience for anyone who is considering going to Nordik.

LUSH SPA

While I was in Vancouver, Andrea and I made a schedule for everything we wanted to do during my visit. We really wanted to go to a spa for a treatment, but couldn't seem to find one in our budget or near by.
